INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- In charge of outbound calls to a list of prospective clients.
- Mostly will do cold calling.
- Updating databases of prospective and existing clients.
- Proposal making.
- Will handle all the steps/processes concerning training.
- Will do company presentation or product demo.
- Will do intensive reporting of the accounts handled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in any business course.
- Proficient with computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic Web browsing.
- Having sales experience is an edge but not required.
- Can easily establish rapport and confidence with over-the-telephone conversations.
- Customer-oriented, and can interact and communicate with decision-makers.
- Can think out of the box to provide solutions that will bring effective results.
- Persistent and upbeat personality
- Ability to meet sales targets or tasks at hand
- Preferably with a good track record in sales
- Competent and trustworthy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and needs very little supervision
- Willing to learn and advance in a fast-changing environment
- Willing to travel outside NCR for work presentations and training customers.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of IBM SPSS products is a plus.
Work information:
- Work hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays to Fridays in Makati
- Overtime is expected depending on the need of the company and organization
- Php 16,000 basic salary
